The cup of good tea can be prepared in different ways. But you need to remember that even the best quality tea can change on disgusting fluid by wrong preparation.
Basic rules
The tea- never boil just steam because the fragrantly stuff leaks by boiling.
The water- has to be fresh.
Serve it always fresh prepared and warm.
It depends on the type
The taste of every tea is very individual and that’s why it’s impossible to prepare the tea just in the one way. If you use a common water to boil it you should leave to stand it or boil it longer. Give the one tea spoon of tea on the cup with capacity 200ml. If you prepare it to the teapot you should give there one extra tea spoon. The tea lixiviates 2- 4 minutes. Whole tea lists need the longer time of lixiviation. If they are broken or crushed the shorter time is enough. When you want stronger tea keep the lists longer in it. In the vessel in which you prepare the tea or water on it don’t cook anything else because the vessel sucks aroma. We prepare the tea into the ceramic, glass or porcelain vessel.
An extra type: To the aromatic cup of hot tea it's a great supplement teeny baked good.
