The Slovak government has tendency to help and protect not only economy of the Slovak Republic but also inhabitants with against-crisis measures. Nowadays, one of the most spoken measures is a support for the car industry, called in Slovak jargon ‘car-scrapping’. The solid substance is based on the financial support of the decision people who decided to give their old car back for wholesome recycling. People could buy a new car with the reduction in price until 2000 € from the March, 9. If people comply with the provisions of the ministry of economy, people can acquire the pretension to the state allowance. The final height of the financial preferences depends only on the automobile dealers’ acceptance to decrease the price of car. ‘Car-scrapping’ has respect to the personal motor car buying with the

According to the assumptions, this allowance should recapture the car market that demand markedly decreased in the beginning of the year mainly because of the economic crisis.
