How to become workaholic?


Dependence on the work is the phenomenon of time. We live hurried life, desire for money, success, credit moves us ahead. Work is the most important thing. This dependence which is accepted by society becomes life style for many people.

Beginnings of workaholic

It starts innocently. You get longed- for job, in these days it miracle. You want to make impression and show everybody what is in you.

You stay at work longer and longer because there are lot of things that have to be done. You take more and more duties on your responsibility which you can’t manage on the time that why you often take your work home and you do in at your free time and at the weekends. Your work gobbled you up gradually and you haven’t time on other things. Work is on the first place. Even your family, children, the best friends, interests you happy stay sideway.

How to get out of it?

The worst and the most important at the same time is to admit that you have the problem. Till the workaholic realize that s/he has the problem treatment is impossible. At the many cases the one way to understand the problem is damage health.

Dependence on the work affects more men then women. Women are curbed by responsibility to the family.
