Fights are in NHL from the beginning of this competition. But there are polemics about their future. Spectators adores them but after death of one young player who in fight fell down on ice and hit his head. After one week in coma he died
It can seems that fights in NHL has no rules and it is only sign of agresivity. But that is false.
There is “unwritten codex” with fighting rules.
