Manners, characteristic and mentality of Russians

Every country in the world has many areas where people have one’s manners, mentality, characters and many other ways. Too, in Slovakia we have much this area. For example: “Zemplínčania, Oravčania, Šarišania, Russians” and many other.

I live in part of Slovakia where live Russians and Šarišania, but I have near to Russians. Russians have other manners than people which live in our capital city. Here people have a lot of understanding for people problems. When I have a problem my friends or other people help me. But in the big cities people are busy, nervous and they haven’t time, because they have much work. In my town where live Russians they haven’t much money because there isn’t much work and so people there live quietly life. People there haven’t much opportunity for a work and so they must to live abroad. They must work at home and they breed animals, for example they breed: cows, rabbits, goats.... And so they have meal: meat, milk, cheese and butter. People which are Russians are very social. They like dancing and singing. They have like a folk music. Russians have many festivals where they present their manners. Russians have typical food too. For example: doughnuts, soup with mushrooms called “mačanka, bobaľky” and many others. Typical for Russians is that they live his life according to “Julianskeho” calendar. They have the Christmas day and the Easter day is relocate for two weeks later.

I am very happy that I live here because, Russians are people which are very lovely, hospitable and they help me when I need it.

37 women of Slovakia is an exclusive publication, which represents our extraordinary female figures. There are 37 women, but it does not mean that this number limits their actual number. On the contrary, only at the beginning of project there was prepared over hundreds of exceptional life stories, more or less-known personalities from various areas of our lives. The advisory team of great masters, who are presented at the final pages of the publication helped to choose symbolic 37.

Three and seven are happy magic numbers and these ladies are real happiness for our country. Even the quality of our life and good reputation in the world is based on their business and social activities. Their art brings us an amazing experience and their mastery, whether in sports, dance or dramatic profession - the joy to life. Who is the number three in the book and who is the magic seven?

When creating publications Top 37 Women of Slovakia, the authors tried to do the most objective selection and take into consideration an amount of criteria of excellence of these figures. What may be interesting for all of us, what they have reached so far, what everything they can do for others, what families and the attitude to life they have. Olympic medals are the highest valuation of sport performance, but human life and decades of dedicated rescue health, successful business, the judiciary, the financial strategy for the country, building companies and their brands, or artistic and media projects, which have equally high value.
